The Mingle Jingle is the heart of Hope Tree Project! Whether you’re sponsoring a child, volunteering, or simply stopping by to experience the joy, we’d love to celebrate with you.

Bring your family, invite your friends, and join us for an afternoon of giving, laughter, and holiday cheer. All ages are welcome!

🎁 Drop Off & Pack Donations

Our cheerful elves will greet you and help unload your donations.

We’ll have collection tables organized by school, along with a dedicated table for gift cards. Volunteers will package each child’s gifts into reusable bags, preparing everything for delivery to local schools before winter break.

Love to wrap presents? Visit our wrapping station to wrap a special gift for a Hope Tree child or their school counselor.

☕ Cookies, Hot Chocolate & Holiday Cheer

Warm up with homemade cookies, hot chocolate, and festive treats.

And yes…there will be adult beverages for the grown-up elves!

❤️ Craft Station

Even our youngest volunteers can make a difference!

Children can decorate holiday cards, ornaments, bracelets, and other handmade treasures that will brighten the holidays for our Hope Tree families.

Everyone has a way to help.

🎅 Wear Your Festive Holiday Gear!

Holiday sweaters, Santa hats, reindeer antlers, Christmas pajamas…the more festive, the better!

The Chief Elf is famous for her “ugly” Christmas cat sweater, and she’d love to see what holiday spirit you bring.
